I want to call from a Dutch phone to a Belgium phone via a PSTN gateway in Belgium. If I use the pattern 0.0032@ (0 for outside, 0032 for country code Belgium) then it is not matched because the Belgium numberplan expects a zero which you don't dial if you dial international.
0003212341234 is the international number and 012341234 is the national number.
Is there a way I can tell the numberplan that it should not expect the zero for national dialing?
UPDATE: Just found the solution, I made a translation pattern first which adds a zero so it matches the routeplan with the BENP.
