Hello everyone. I wanted to check with you all to see if you have seen an issue I am having. I have several fax machines connected to an fxs module in a CME router. Occasionally, enough to be a bother, you have to reset the fax machines (not all at the same time, it varies to which one it will be), because it will give a busy signal on the line and it doesnt seem to drop the busy signal. I have two different models of xerox fax machines, plus one sharp fax machine. An outside company has recommended that I get analog lines run to the faxes instead of going through the CME. Is there anything I can do to fix this sort of issue?
