1 port on the ES 40 card has both LED on.
documentation says:
Green and Amber On: Undefined condition.
what is that mean, good, bad ? don't use

Hi Atif,
Have you tried to swap SFP to 2/1? Change it and run the diag again. If problem presist, I think you might have an HW issue.

Have you tried the look at the Online Diagnostics result? Here is a link on how to run the diagnostic again and review the result

Hi Atif,
Testid 5 is loopback only, I am interested with a full test (Testid 1-32).

Also, do you have a SFP in the module? Or have you tried to remove and re-insert the line card?
