LMS 2.6 /RME 4.06 /Sol RICS0001:Internal Error

Hello,

I have met this error on a Solaris version of LMS.

I joined the file IC_server.log like it is mentionned under Troubleshooting faq.

What i would like to know is if it's the bug CSCsm97530 ?

What i saw with the bugtool kit it 's that the version 4.0.6 and version 4.2 are concerned too by this . So , does it means that any upgrade couldn't correct this bug and the patch has been applied step by step ..........?

What devices are you having a problem with? What type of devices are they, and what versions of code are they running?

The equipements are cisco WS-C4506 Version 12.2(25)EWA5 and WS 6509 Version 12.2(33)SXH1 .Version 12.2(18)SXF8

I added the file which contains too, the hostnames of the switch and routers concerned.

IC_Server.log only lists IP addresses. What are the IP addresses of these devices.

Hello Joe,

We ve got , by example , the device whith these ip adresse:

192.160.253.98

It seems that there is an error message associated on the IC_server.log

This device is most likely being affected by CSCsm97530.
