CUPS Video and Audio Calls

We are running CUCM 6.1.4 and Presence.

No LDAP intergration.

The thing is that we are all running CUPS at the office and we can only chat and dial calls but the video call or audio call softkey at the top of CUPS are greyed out. Any clues?

How can i enable Audio calls and video calls with CUPS?

I also have installed a Cisco Webcam and CUPS shows it correcly installed.



I have this problem too.

That is because no phone numbers are associated with the contacts on CUPC.

If you don't user LDAP, you'll have to create the contacts from CUPC locally and manually enter the phone numbers.
