hi
i have a unique requirement where my customer wants the agent statistics to be displayed for the CAD supervisors but not for the CAD Agents.
i am using IPCC 7.2 with CAD and CSD
is there a way we can achieve this.

Excellent answer. It does remove all 4 real time reports from the agent, including their call record for th eday/week (from RASS), but if you are ok with that, removing the button is simple. I would copy your workflow and give it another name, remove the button and assign that workflow to a couple of test users and see how it goes.
