Anyone have thoughts on how I can monitor and trend how much bandwidth and latency my office is using/encountering? At a much larger company I used Concord's EHealth, but at a small business that can't afford EHealth, any thoughts?

Check out PRTG- It's cheap and pretty flexible with SNMP and Netflow.

There are a ton of open source as well, but for basic monitoring PRTG is hard to beat.
