Hi All,

I have AS5400XM voice gateway with 10 T1 terminated. Also I have solarwind enterprise version. I like to monitor this router and if there is any issue with voice and router itself, solarwind send notification.

what is the best methodology to monitor voice gateway?

I don't think solarwinds can do that, but check for stuck calls.

Basically, long duration call legs that are not connected to anything.
