If you use 'show call active voice brief' you can get the 4 digit HEX ID for a call based on calling/called number and remote IP address and channel.
Then you can use the command:
clear call voice causecode id

Hello,
I can't run that command. I just have:
GW#clear call ?
fallback VoIP Fallback
threshold Clear stats about resource measurement
treatment Clear commands for call admission
Is there another way to perform this?
Best regards.

It sounds like you need to upgrade IOS to use this command.
There isn't another way, unless you shut down voiceports/controllers.

Hello,
I'm running Version 12.3(26) over a AS5300, isn't it the latest?
Regards.
