CME7.1 + CUE7.0: Transfer to Voice Mail

the softkey TrnsfVM on IP Phone works if followed by inputting an extension, but if I push the speed dial button instead, I hear error message" there's no mailbox associated with the extension", then the call is transferred back by CUE.

is this normal behavior?



I have this problem too.

If the call does go to voicemail but the wrong greeting is played--or even one that states that there is no mailbox associated with this number--then the problem is likely that the E.164 number is not assigned to the subscriber.

if you input the extension mannually, the call goes thru. Cisco TAC determines this is caused by a bug, will be resolved on 12.4.24T2
