I'm running IPCCX 7.01 on CUCM 6.13.
I'm trying to increase the ring duration for calls to the Agent's IPCC extension. I changed the ring duration setting on that extension in CUCM to 20 seconds, but calls still pass on to the next agent after 9-10 seconds.
How can I increase the ring durations for my IPCC extensions?

Right click on the Select Resource step within the script. There is a "Timeout" parameter that controls how long the contact is offered to a resource.

The RNA (Ring No Answer) timeout is set in the 'SelectResource' step properties. You may use the script editor to modify the timeout period.
