Hunting Problem

I create longest idle time hunt group.

Every thing is working properly but the problem is.

We did not receive any calls on thid extention as per logest idle time. Only if the both two of extentions are busy then we receive on third extention.

Please guide me for this problem.

Please make sure that you are using the latest CCA 2.0.1, which includes updated BACD scripts. test with this version and let us know if the problem persists.
