No longer seeing devices in Common Services groups

I have some User Defined Groups. I can see it works. When viewing "Membership Details", I see the devices.

Devices do not show up under Common Services>Device and Credentials>Device Management then expand a "User Defined Groups" folder.

They do show up when expanding the folders under "RME".

I can try and expand on details since it's tough describing what I'm seeing.

I have this problem too.

Post a screenshot illustrating the problem along with a screenshot where you see the group working correctly. what is the ruleset for this group?
