not able to hear voice while conference

hi all,

I have ccm 6.1 and is configured with VG via H.323. i am having two problems


i) while making conference call between internal & pstn call, none of the participants are able to hear each other's voice, well On ip phone it shows connected !!!!

internal conference between ip phones is working fine.


ii) in Call Parking, after reteriving Parked call, both of the users are not able to hear each others voice ....Call Parking between ip phones (internally) is working fine.


in Call Manager Media Termination Point + Transcoder + Conference Bridge are registered, but still im having problem.my running config is attached.


Please check out my config & suggest where i am doing mistake.

check IP Routing and sccp binding, make sure all voice networks and ip phones can reach proper VLan/network

Thanks for your reply !!! all the phones are reachable to voice vlan !!! if there would be some ip routing issue, then i think i would have same problem for incoming calls also !!! but i m facing issue in conferencing and call parking !!!


any other suggestion !!!

Hi, try adding the "voice rtp send-recv" command on your gateway.
