IP Phone 7911 does not show the Missed Calls

Hi,

My CCM version is: 7.1.2..I have saveral types of Cisco IP Phones like 7911/7941/7945...The Problem i am facing is that only in 7911 IP phones missed call alert is now showing where as in 7941/7945 missed call alert is working fine...

Any help would be appreciated.

Which firmware you are using?

Looks: CSCsu45825

Try latest Firmware
