Syslog for all devices is failed

LMS3.1 CS 3.2 RME4.2

CiscoWorks filed to generate report for all devices and it took more than 4 hours then the job status is succeed but no result, the below message is shown when I click show output:

"SLCA0155: You cannot view the report since the corresponding archive is already deleted or not available."

I have this problem too.

It sounds like you're hitting CSCsy03151. The cri.log will indicate a memory problem. The bug is fixed in LMS 3.2.
