LMS3.2 Alerts Summary

Hello

In LMS 3.2 on Network Page I have Alerts Summary with Alerts count's for different alerts type. Near "RME S0,S1,S2 Alerts" instead of count LMS displayed "Error". Does anybody know how to fix this?

This is a known cosmetic bug. If there are no alerts, then you see Error instead of 0. The bug is CSCta34810, and a patch is available via the TAC.

In bug toolkit and about this bug, there is no workaround. do you know an alternative way to solve?

You can either generate some S0, S1, or S2 syslogs, or get the patch from the TAC. If your device supports EEM, you can easily generate an S1 syslog by configuring:

event manager applet sev1-syslog

event none

action 1.0 syslog priority alerts msg "Bogus Sev 1"

Then run:

Router#event manager run sev1-syslog
