Hi all,
If I have a translation pattern stating that each 9 should be translated to 6666. when a caller dials 9456 for example, the call is always transled to 6666. How could I specify that the translation pattern concerns only the 9 and not 9!.

you can put 9... Pattern Definition > Translation Pattern
and 6666... in >> Called Party Transform Mask

hi islam,
it seems that you misunderstood me.
I would like to have the dialed number 9 to be translated to 6666 but if I have 9 followed by any digits, there should be NO TRANSLATION ! What happens for the moment is that each time I dial 9 follwed by something, it is always translated to 6666.

You can define 9 as internal extension then forward this number to 6666
If anyone dial 9 and wait, the call will be forwarded to 6666, and if dial 9654 the call will be transferred to 9654.
You can also use the translation pattern to translte 9 to 6666 .
Hope this help

Hi,
The 2 solutions doesn't function.
Actually, the 9 was to get the operator of the entreprise. So I decided to change the 9 by the * , so I avoid any overlapping numbers .
best regards,
