What are some of the ways I can monitor our Unity 4.0 system. I need to be alerted when critcal processes are down.Is RTMT the best way to manage critcal services on Call Manager? Does anyone know of any helpful links to configure traps?
For Unity, you could try the Event Monitoring Service in Unity Tools Depot in the Diagnostic Tools to monitor certain events. Not sure about actual services though. It's worth a look.
Thanks! I looked into this but its not right for my setup. Our exchange is not integrated so I would have to use the SMTP protocol to receive he alerts. Not sure on how to set this up without crashing system
