call Park in CCM5.1

i configured call park numners in CCM 5.1.But when i am tryign to park the call,i am getting no park number availabale message.but some times its working,without any issue.

is there any other configuration to be done for parking?please help...

Make sure you can reach the call park DNs via your CSS and that you have a call park range configured in every server where phones will use it. Phones can only use call park configured on the same server where they're registered and that is WAD.

i am able to park the call .but not always...sometime its parking but sometimes i am getting message "park number not available".

is there any other thing to be cofigured?

css of the phone is having the park number partition.

how many numbers did u allow for the call park,maybe when somebody else has packed the call that's why it telling u no park number available,so i will advise to allow more number for the call park.
