Strange problem with upgrade VG224 12.4(24)T1

Hi

I've a strange problem. On a remote site, I upgrade 2 VG224 with IOS 12.4(24)T1. I upgrade first, it's OK. But when I upgrade second VG224, my LAN is KO and routers Bintec (manage by Orange Business Service) reboot. I don't understand why.

It is very strange because before, I upgrade 10 VG224 and all is OK.

I forgot, when VG224 use IOS 12.4(15)T4, it's ok. When VG224 use IOS 12.4(24)T1, it's KO and routers reboot.
