Auto attendant not answering

Hi All,

We have a SPA9000 with a SPA400 and a SPA962 and three SPA922's. We are using an ITSP on line two and are trying to configure the auto attendant to pick up after twenty seconds. The inbound call rings and after twenty seconds the call is cut off before transferring to the auto attendant. We set up the LVS with the wizard All firmware is version 6.1.5. Any ideas? thanks for any help.

Hi George,

Could it be that your ITSP is cutting off the call after ~20 seconds?

Consider enabling debugging on the SPA9000 in order to determine what the SPA9000 believes to be transpiring:
