Phones sporatically resetting in CCM Express

Having phones in a Call Manager Express setup that are resetting sporatically during the day. The only thing that has recently changed is their Internet connection is DHCP cable modem. I heard that someone had a similar problem and I needed to change the option 150 of the DHCP scope within the router to the Loopback address. I have done that and the phones are still resetting.

I have this problem too.

but before that you can test it by Putting static IP on the phone and monitor it.
