Isolated ports communicating with each others

We have three servers with IP 172.16.10.1 connected to three different switches (trunked together)but I am seeing Duplicate Address error on one of the server and that too on alternate day basis e.g. 7th July then 9th July and then 13th July. Am expecting to see the error again on the server on 15th July.

The problem is the servers in isolated vlan which are not suppose to communicate with each other are communicating now.
