Make new CCS for group 2, with new patterns:

1- Pattern Definition: define your own patterns by adding a prefix on them - to determine the E1.

Example: if you have 2410132 as a pattern put is as 90 (90 is the prefix- example) under “Prefix Digits (Outgoing Calls)”

Under the pattern definition put the “Calling Party Transform Mask” = 918881111

Send the calls through your trunk to the AS400

Now if any agent call 2410132 the pattern will send to the gateway as 902410132

2- Assign this CCS to Group 2 phones.

3- Pots Definition: make the stripping on the pots as below:

dial-peer voice 10 pots

destination-pattern 90...T

direct-inward-dial

port 7/2:D

forward-digits (number of right-justified dialed digits to be forwarded - put the number of digit you need to forward without 90)

If you dial 2410132 the pots will be as below, and the call will send through E7/2:

dial-peer voice 10 pots

destination-pattern 902410132

direct-inward-dial

port 7/2:D

forward-digits 7

hope this help

you can put a Prefix on any pattern Dialed by Specific agent , then send this pattern with the prefix to AS5400.

Configure new pots with translation pattern to remove prefix and send it through specific E1.

if this help please rate.

I am not pro with traslation pattern, can you please explain more

As I understood you want to select all the personal calls and send them through specific E1.

You can put prefix for the personal calls - this will be on your CCM , if any agent want to make personal call he should dial 90 as prefix - for example.

Now you can receive the pattern with the personal prefix on AS400 Gateway.

By making simple translation-rule under the specific VoIP Dial-peer, or you can make the stripping on the pots as below:

dial-peer voice 128 pots

destination-pattern 90...T

direct-inward-dial

port 7/2:D

forward-digits (number of right-justified dialed digits to be forwarded - put the number of digit you need to forward without 90)

my proble is that all the agents are dialing out side and the CLID appear to customers with 918880000, NOW I want to divide the agents into two groups , group 1 will use all the E1 except one E1 to call out side and their CLID will be 918880000 , and group 2 will use one specific E1 for calling out side and their CLID will be 918881111, now how to achieve this?
