CFA issue... not diverting....

I have a client who is trying to apply a Call Forward using the CFwdALL softkey on his phone...but the face of the phone, the arrow appears to indicate that the forward is present but the "forwarded to" number does not appear at the bottom of the phone... when you ring the phone, it does not forward either. If you reboot the phone, however, the "forwarded to" number appears and the divert works!?!

It is only 1 phone in the office that does this... all of the rest work fine!

They are using 7960's and we are using call manager 4.1(3)

Any suggestions?

something wrong on the phone.

Reset the phone to factory and check it again.
