Solved: Pix 506 limits for client VPN connections

Hi. My company's looking to move away from using Microsoft's RRAS for remote workers VPN connections. We have a Pix 506e which currently services 2 site VPN connections and some client connections. Does anyone know what the limit for simultaneous client vpn connections is on a 506e and whether having 10-20 clients connected at the same time (out of a user base of 100+) would cause issues. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

There is no license limit for the number of connections, it's more of a resource limitation. Check the data sheet a 506E can handle 16MB of 3DES VPN. This is marketing specs so real throughput will be lower.
