I can't seem to do it across the VPN.
Everyone is default g.711
Internal it works fine.
The site across the vpn can not do conferencing. So it seems that something is off. I just can't put my finger on it.
I have the CFB confgiure and have the MRG in both DP's

Enable CallManager detailed trace, you should find "out of resource" or simulator message.
Conferencing resource can be configured as a profile on the Voice Gateway if you have enough DSP resource. How to find out?
Do the "Max sess ?" under the "dspfarm profile 1 conference", you only need one!!
You can also do a "sho inv" - look at PBDM's.

Now add "Hardware conferance bridge" "GW-CNF" in CallManager and add to Resource Group for phones. Restart CallManager.
After Restart check CFB registration, and test.
