Speakerphone and "sounds like your in a tunnel" compaint

Hi all, I hope all is well. I have a customer telling me that when they are on speakerphone (on a 7945 phone), that the person on the other end sounds like they are in a tunnel. The person on the other end doesnt appear to notice anything, but the person speaking on the speakerphone does. Anyone heard this complaint before?

Upgrade the firmware. There several audio quality problems in the early firmware versions of this hardware.
