CCM 4.1(3) PUB and SUB, could logon CCM SUB windows without any problem, but when logon CCM PUB, got the following error messsages:

The system can not log you on due to the following error:

The RPC server is not available.

Please try again or consult your system administrator.

I could logon one time successfully, and checked the RPC service is running properly, Thanks for any clue.
