Static IP Address

I would like to know if is possible that i can assign a static IP address on a wireless client even if it is located on another segment .

As long as you don't have any VLAN's configured the AP will operate as a layer 2 device. with Vlans linked to SSID's your device will need to follow the topology defined by the VLAN/SSID subnet. IE your static IP must be in the same subnet as the VLAN theat is paired with the SSID your client is configured for.

beyond the AP you have your switch configuration to consider.

also it would be good if you pick an address outside any DHCP scopes.
