We have two different voicemail systems, Unity and Unity Express now within our Presense server we have linked the Unity system but we don't have the Unity Express Server linked, is this something that can be done or not advisable?
I'm not sure if it's using the IMAP client. Within CUPC you can configure it to store your username and password and then when you dial into the voicemail system over the softphone that info is passed on without input for the users. I would like to be able to do the same for our Unity Express users.
