SPAN Session Limit?

Running s72033-ipservicesk9_wan-mz.122-33.SXH2.bin on a 6509 Sup720.

monitor session 1 source interface Fa6/1

monitor session 1 destination interface Fa6/23 - 24

Port 24 works great! Port 23 does not. I cannot even get the port to fire up.

FastEthernet6/24 is up, line protocol is down (monitoring)

FastEthernet6/23 is down, line protocol is down (monitoring)

Is there a limit on the amount of destinations per session?

Edit: I am looking here -> http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/switches/lan/catalyst6500/ios/12.1E/native/configuration/guide/span.html#wp1020380

If I am reading this right, it appears as though I can have 64 destinations per session and 1 RSPAN. Does that seem correct? If so, what would cause one port to be UP/DOWN and the other to be DOWN/DOWN?

Edit: It appears as though I can't have two destinations per line card. I moved it to another line card and it fired up.
