Doubt about Hunt Group

Hi Guys,

I would like know if is possible to do the following configuration:

I Create a line group with 03 Directory Numbers. For example 1000, 1001 and 1002. The ring 1000 and not response, ring 1001 and not response too, ring 1002 and give busy tone. It's possible configure to return the call directory number 1000 again and repeat the process?

Hi Wilson,

You can set up a second Line Group that contains the same DN's/Members and link this second Group in the Hunt List.

Switch the rule on the first Line Group to, Try next Member;then try next Group in Hunt List

This will then cycle through the members a second time (I just tested this out in our lab a little while back) :)

I am sorry, but, the Customer would like know if it's possible to do the same group. It's possible?

Hi Wilson,

Maybe I didn't explain this properly :)

This second Line group contains the "exact" same members, so it is the same group. This is the only way to cycle through these members a second time.
