2960 Switch no accepting commands

I have a brand new cisco 2960 48 port switch running c2960-lanbasek9-mz.122-50.SE1.bin

The commands below won't take. Are they required? I read on cisco's site that they were no longer necessary but somehow that seems wrong to me. In any case, any help would be great

wrr-queue bandwidth 1 2 3 0

wrr-queue cos-map 1 0 1

wrr-queue cos-map 2 2 3

wrr-queue cos-map 3 4

wrr-queue cos-map 4 5 6 7

2960 does not use Weighted Round Robin, it uses Share Round Robin.
