How could we listen and delete voice messages of all users fro mthe admin web page ?

There is no way to do it to all users at once, with OWA you can listen an delete msgs from 1 user at a time.

You would need to look at Exchange tools but that are outside of the admin pages.

UC = Unified Communications

CUC = Cisco Unity Connection
