Is citrix supported/work with IP Communicator for teleworker scenerio? alot of our teleworkers VPN in fine with ipc. we are trying to get away from giving vpn access to everyone, and would like to use a citrix solution. I believe i was told in 2008 it was not supported.

but can someone confirm that? thank you

Citrix (and any other thin-client connection) is not supported for carrying voice or video. This would rule out IP Communicator.

You could look at Cisco Phone Proxy as a method to support IP Communicator without using a VPN.

There are some limitations but it may be worth investigating.
