Unity Connection V 7.0.2. I want to stop the Cisco DRF Master and Local services. Looks like I can't, is this true? I have a hung backup job that has been cancelling for several hours. I saw in another post that stopping the TOMCAT service will stop the DRF service. Unfortunately that affects our users access the ciscopca page. Are there any other options? Thanks

Hi!
To get the backup out of this state (hung backup), you will need to restart the Cisco DRF Master & Cisco DRF Local services. This
is done via the web interface under Cisco Unified Serviceability, Tools, Network Services.
