UCCX simultaneous ringing

Hi all,

Is it possible to have all the agent phones( in a specific resource group) ringing simultaneously when a call comes in a CSQ.

I couldn't find any such option in resource group configuration.



I have this problem too.

Nope. The call will be offered to one resource [agent] at a time based on the logic you have set. The length of time the call is offered to the agent is controlled by the timeout parameter on the Select Resource step.
