Archive management failing on 6509E

Hi, my attempts to backup some 6509Es with RME are failing. All credentials are correct. I've looked at the dcmaservice.log and this has an entry showing:

..Unknown authentication method:Keyboard Interactive.

When manually SSH'ing to the device the ssh client does show "using keyboard-interactive authentication" after entering the username. Non of the other non 6509E devices display this and are consequently backing up fine. Anyone any ideas?

CWLMS 3.1 on Windows.

This almost certainly points to wrong credentials in DCR for this switch. What is the error you see in RME when trying to archive the config? What version of code is the switch running?

Hi, the error is:

CM0151:Error occurred while fetching config from device:send()called with SSH packet in this buffer.

IOS 12.2(33)SXI1

I've run a credential check for SSH and this comes back OK.

I don't see this error in the code. I suggest you open a TAC service request so more debugging can be done.
