It looks like there is no Incoming CSS on the MGCP-GW selected, or the selected CSS has no access to your phones partition.

Check in CCMAdmin under Device/Gateway/"Your MGCP-GW"/"Your Endpoint" if there is under Call Routing Information - Inbound Calls/Calling Search Space the right CSS selected.

Hello philippgrafl

Thank you for your reply.

I check the CSS of the gateway as you suger. I used the CSS LO.

All my phones are in the internal partition and CSS LO contains this partition.

Clearly the problem is not there.

How can I do to see the logs of CUCM to find out what is blocked. With the tools RMTT I will what tab?

The best way is to use the DNA for Gateways. Set up the DNA to simualate an incoming call to the GW from outside- the caling party can be anything- the dialled digits are the numebr you wish to test for. The CSS is the CSS of the GW. Check the results also do a route plan report or a directory depending on the CUCM SW level-
