Call cannot be completed as dialled for intercluster trunk

Our cluster is 6.0.1.1000-37. Received the message "call cannot be completed as dialled..." when trying to call extension in another cluster. Users in the other cluster (4.3) could call me. The trunk call has been working fine for over a year. Have already restarted pub & sub servers, and recreatd the route pattern and trunk. DNA results are ok. What can i check?

That error are CSS and partitions misconfigured, check CSS all the way from your local cluster to the remote cluster.

The partition and CSS are correct for the local cluster, the configuration had been working for more than 1 year. The remote cluster is correct as the phones can make call to local cluster succesfully.

And have you checked the inbound CSS on the other end???

The fact the remote cluster can call local cluster does not mean it should work the other way or that the config is fine for inbound calls.

It's like having a manager who can call anyone but you cannot dial his number because you don't have the right CSS.

At the remote cluster, after comparing the configuration of another working trunk, the trunk CLIP was set to 'default' instead of 'allowed' and the trunk reset. The trunk call worked after that. Thanks!
