Could anyone provide any assistance in relation to the following error we received on one of our 3550s. I've searched both Cisco website and the Internet in relation to the exception code but there doesn't appear to be any documentation related to it. Has anyone else experienced the same issue and is there a solution to the fault other than to replace the unit?
