The issue details as follows
For outbound call agents are getting continuous ring even if the customer is busy / switched off / not reachable.
I have logged into CTI toolkit 7.5 with IP communicator 2.0.
I have dialed my mobile number from CTI.
I got a continuous ring. Instead of getting switche doff message or busy message.
But my mobile was switched off.
Checked the voice gateway, It's hitting the gateway.
Checked the Device information and Directoray information at Call Manager.
I have checked the Dialed number analysis, it shows âRouteThisPatternâ as result.
I wants to get the busy / switched off / not reachable message when the attanded party is in busy / switched off / not reachable
Can you please suggest me the action to rectify it?
