CUCM 6.1.4 and SNMP

I've configured SNMP monitoring of gateways and phones in CUCM 6.1.3 in NAGIOS. When I updated CUCM to 6.1.4 all OIDs have changed and I must reconfigure my monitoring scripts. To avoid this problem on Cisco routers I enter command "snmp-server ifindex persist". How can I configure CUCM ?

AFAIK the OID's and interface indexes persist through a CUCM reload. Do you have an example of one in CallManager that changed?

Some OIDs are below:

1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.156.1.3.1.1.5 - GW Status

1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.156.1.2.1.1.7 - Phone Status.

All phones and gateways have changed their order after upgrade. How can I "fix" these OIDs ?
