Exited Resource Conservation - what does this mean

This system (hostname:ironport.esa.com) has exited 'resource conservation'
mode as resource utilization has dropped below the conservation threshold.

Hi,
Im kinda confused why an ESA is reaching its resource conservation mode..

May i know what are the factors on causing this kind of error?

We managed to create bouced verification profiles and destination controls..

for external emails.... like google or yahoo..

so far so good...error was gone..
