Help:Can't ping ISP router from customer router; the opposite works.

Hi, from customer router "CRA", I can't ping ISP router (150.1.0.0 route is not on CRA routing table). Then from service provider routes I can ping CRA just fine.

I did a trace from CRA to NAP (service provider router) and traffic dies on upstream, neighbor router GWA. I have some as-path and filter-list configured to control prefixes on CE and PE2 routers, but I still can't understand why I can't see 150.1.0.0 (servide provider network) on CRA.
