Strange Behavier of Cisco Agent Desktop Integrated Browser

Hi All

I found that the integrated browser will parse number in to link as phone number, for example:

<html>

</html>

The browse will handle 2101495039 as a link

It should be a feature but I don't need, Can I disable it?

Yes, you can disable it from Cisco Desktop Administrator --> Desktop Configuration --> Work flow Groups --> ... -->User Interface --> Browser Setup

However, I cannot find any option under Browser Setup to disable the feature.

From the tab page of Browser Setup.

there are only few options as below.

Allow Address Editing,

Number of Workflow,

Enable Integrated Browser

Am I getting something wrong?

I am using UCCX 7.0, Build 6.6.1.100.
