SIP_PHONE-1<--->Cisco<--->SIP_PHONE-2

I have IOS c2800nm-ipvoice-mz.124-15.T1. How I can to transparently transmit a SIP connection through this cisco, without of changing of SIP_PHONE-1 address to the adress of Cisco ?
