Hello, i have Cisco UCCX 5.0 premier, cani get priority info from the script?

i really need this feature

There is a Priority step that you can use to assign a priority to a contact when it is queued. If this is not what you are asking for, please be more specific.

no no, set priority - i know this, i mean , i what to get priority info from the script and then using set call enterprise info display information about priority on CAD
